Actually everything is very poor except Hotel Premises.

What was the highlight of Desert Tulip Jaisalmer
Something is wrong with this place.
It's not good place to stay as hotel staff is not even providing receipt after pay. They don't have pay machine even though they are running hotel but don't accept money by card.
Room was full of ant's. No car rental service is available in hotel.They don't have iron in room even though it's mentioned in facilities.

The building itself was recently built and clean.

1. The towels given looked used and either too old or unwashed. 2. The fridge had a funky smell indicating lack of cleaning. 3. There was no source of heat. We had to repeatedly pester them to get a small room heater. 4. Hot water was never hot. For half a day, we had no water at all. 5. No WiFi in room 6. Overall lack of management or supervision. Several guests complained that their room was not cleaned at all. 7. Dining hall carpet will make you lose ur appetite. Really needs to be cleaned.

Property is really big and location is awesome.

Services are not as per property. 1. After giving confirmation also on mail no cab was sent to airport. 2. Rooms are big but not all the facilities given in room are working like bath tub,shower. 3. No good cook who can atleast prepared basic foods 4. Big bar but only with few items 5. The biggest problem is they don't accept credit cards and for any amount they want cash. 6. After complaining also abt the problem no one is there to resolve it. I feel like wasted money by visiting this property.
